Sikkuy presented a briefing on the status of the Arab citizens of Israel in the light of the Or Commission Report and an update on the Or Watch to deputy heads of mission of the various European embassies. Participants from Sikkuy included: Dr. Ramzi Halabi, Dr. Alon Liel, Aida Touma-Sliman, Shuli Dichter, Ali Haider, Roy Folkman and Ayman Odeh. The briefing was sponsored by the Delegation of the European Commission and attended by diplomats from Italy, Germany, France, The Slovak Republic, Austria, The Czech Republic, The Netherlands, Denmark and Portugal.
